Service Description

Today we in Grandma's Place of Natural Learning are going to go on a great For an Animal Study we research the computer, libraries, or rooms, homes. minds, and imaginations to read and find out about all the various animals through the world. Start with the beginning animals and dinosaurs. See if you can find what happened to them and what is happening to various animals now Keep a record of your findings. Start making some lists. To start it off we are going to make all kinds of animal puppets we can think of. We will walk them up the ramp of a cardboard box with turn holders on the sides of the door dividing areas for various animals you make and find in your homes to enter and stay. You can make a top to go on it. Make it in the form of a big boat like "Noah" had to build; if painting and coloring i on the outside it will probably have to stay as a box, but the outside can show a shape like the Ark with paper or something. All the animals you collect and make can go in there. There is a part in my Bible that says this ark was saved somewhere after the great flood, try to find where it may be at. Older children and people will be looking up other animals to research. You can start a bird and squirrel club. Before this all happens in Grandma's Place of Natural Learning, Grandma heard there was a National Squirrel Day. I want you to talk about that Squirrel, if they are the best in our yards, and when that day is. Grandma also wants to warn children to be careful handing food to them because they could bite, and they can carry rabies. But you can set up a dish to feed them in. Therefore, feed them in a dish of the back yard or wherever you want but do not reach to them or get too close to them. You can feed birds, wild cats, and ducks but find out if your city will allow it. make charts and pictures. Look at and read books from the library or that you might buy. Make them with clay or whatever. You can start this with a lunch picnic and carry it out through the day. You can make it as long as you want and it will be an ongoing lesson through the year.
