Read Exodus in the "Bible" and put it on the timeline. It is the freedom of the Israelites to get ready for the coming of Jesus Christ which is what "Christmas" is all about. That is why it is such a Great celebration and Santas grew up in all kinds of forms around the world. 'Yule Tide' grew into Christmas trees. And all forms of giving by all kinds of Santas. Grandma will have to look them up because she cannot think of them all.
