As we will learn in Grandma's Place of Natural Learning once people were separated from each other and with different languages after the time of Noah and the great flood, some areas of the world developed faster than others. While the Lord was handling things in the area of Egypt etc., People and other areas of the world were all developing at different paces and different types of ways of living which we will be learning about until Thanksgiving and maybe more time but for now your learning will be from the Bible and God's entrance into Abrahams life in Genesis. That will be your reading until tomorrow. The most animals people raised around them were pets except chickens, cattle, sheep, and maybe donkeys and ox or horses for working, Many had gone through tool making, planting and building homes and obtaining food. Read where Abraham was from and what God wanted from him. Study as much possible as you can. Make recordings of the ancestry and whatever you can find out because Grandma will be giving more materials to you then. Talk together about how things may have been like in those times in not only Asia but many lands. Make records on paper to add to your timeline. Do as much study online as well as in books, You Tube, and wherever you can.
