Service Description

First, Grandma wants to apologize for not being able to enter anything the last two days. It has been crazy for her. "The Giving Tree" by Shel Silverstien is a story about a Boys' relationship with a tree and Grandma can see his family there. It is much what goes on with Trees of man's movement. It has a lot to do with conversations and punctuation. Grandma still has many things she wants to do with this first book in Grandma's Place of Natural Learning. She also peeked at some books with similar names. She may be bringing them up in the studies. Keep reading it and talking about it. In the meantime, Grandma wants to bring some more things up about "Noah's Ark." I hope you are making the things Grandma suggested you make with animals. It is important to read the Golden Books version of "Noah's Ark" to the younger children. However, Grandma came upon another book of "Noah's Ark" by C. J. Korryn that is designed more for the desire of families or older children especially those in 7th grade who are expected to watch the weather with the sunrises and sunsets. In facing this book Grandma remembers they made a movie some years back and so she checked it out to find they did but not from this author but a 2014 Movie by Darren Aronofsky that had some controversy. They had several films including Schoolhouse rock to help with math. all since 1909, one was in 1928 and the made a 2007 film by Tom Shadyac, one was with Michael Parks in 1966, another was by an 2014 film called "Rotten Tomatoes" You can find them through "You Tube", google and other means. I hope you are working on the puppets and box Ark. I also hope you are all having fun with the season making scenes with pumpkins, scarecrows, sunflowers, chickens, corn, squash, etc. Here in Arizona farmers are planting crops for fall and winter. They will also start work on the lemon and lime trees as well as others. We went from very hot days to a very cool day of 77 F. Keep working and I will talk to you next week. Take care!
