Chapter 15 is "Coordinate Geometry", with The Coordinate Plane, Finding Area Using Coordinates, The Midpoint and Distance Formulas, Slope of a Line, Equation of a Line, Equation of a Circle, Proofs Using Coordinates. Chapter 16 is "Locus and Constructions", with Describing Points That Fit One Condition, Describing Points That Fit More Than One Condition, Locus and Coordinates, and Basic Construction. The last which is Chapter 17 is "Transformation Geometry", with Terms and Notation, Congruence Transformations, Classifying Isometries, Size Transformations, Types of Symmetry, Transformations in the Coordinate Plane, and Composing Transformations. The Preface says "E-Z Geometry" is different than most Geometry books that are a "list of formulas followed by a continuous stream of exercises It says, ""teaches" a typical introductory course in geometry, using a friendly writing style that incorporates many of the same strategies that an experienced classroom teacher would use." It has special features that make it good for self-study and rapid learning. Concepts are carefully developed using a clear writing style with many helpful examples and diagrams. Emphasizing the understanding of geometrical principles and "on knowing how to apply them in new problem situations." The discussions, examples, and summaries anticipate and answer the "why" types of questions students might ask in a classroom. Each chapter's "comprehensive exercises are "designed to clinch understanding of key ideas while building skill and confidence in solving problems." "Three sets of Cumulative review exercises, strategically placed in the book, serve as progress checkpoints." Then having Answers at the end of the book helps. "Key Geometrical Formulas and Relationships have been organized in easy-to-read tables at the end of the book." Then the book adds the last chapter of Transformation Geometry reorganizing text to improve readability.
