Service Description
They can all write something involving Trees. They can either write something they researched, a poem, a story of their own. They can also make a Cheese Hamburger Book Report on paper. Then read them later and make corrections. Use top bun for 'title', purple leaf for the scenery, green leaf for the main character and all the characters, brown for the plot, yellow cheese for the conclusion, tomato for their favorite part, and their rating or opinions of the book on the bottom bun. This is what Grandma's Place of Natural Learning is all about. Then make a chart of all the words they can come up with starting with TR and all the pronouns like 'the' they can think of as a, an, in, on, for, of, as, but, be, being, no, not, yes, it, because, he, his, her, she, them, they, our. Those are all Grandma can think of now. Then take them and see how many of them you can find in other languages. The rest of the day can be centered around games for math, categorizing, and whatever else you can think of. For a Music lesson talk about the clef on music and what the lines and spaces in music are. Do any writing or study necessary for the night Do anything outside necessary, sports or anything active. Keep a record. Discuss findings about trees and make paper, cardboard, or cloth leaves. In the morning talk about the book in Grandma's Place of Natural Learning.
